Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete and submit the form below. We will acknowledge receipt by email without delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
