Welcome to GGM Tools — your specialist source for professional tool cabinets and workshop equipment.

Please read the following terms and conditions of purchase carefully before placing an order at ggmtools.eu.

1. General Information

  • The store is operated under the trade name GGM Tools by G&M KKA TRADING Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, specialising in the sale of tool cabinets — both fully equipped and empty.
  • Products are available subject to current stock levels. In the event of a temporary shortage, GGM Tools will contact you to propose an alternative delivery date or model.

2. Placing an Order and Payment

  • Upon placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation.
  • Orders are processed once payment has been received and cleared.
  • All prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Upon request, GGM Tools can provide an indicative conversion to another currency.

3. Shipping

  • GGM Tools delivers products within Poland and across the European Union.
  • Shipping costs and methods depend on the type of product and quantity — these are displayed during the checkout process.
  • Every product is carefully secured prior to dispatch. GGM Tools works with reliable courier companies; however, we are not liable for delays or damage occurring during transit.
  • If you notice any damage to the shipment upon delivery, we recommend filing a damage report with the courier at the time of receipt.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the product has not been unpacked, assembled, or used.

The products offered by GGM Tools are specialist cabinets and industrial sets which, once unpacked, lose their original commercial character.

Therefore:

  • unpacking, assembling, or using a cabinet is considered the commencement of use of the product;
  • in the event the original packaging has been opened, GGM Tools reserves the right to refuse the return pursuant to Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act.

A return is only possible when:

  • the product has not been used, assembled, or installed;
  • the original packaging is intact (including pallets, inserts, and protective materials);
  • the customer independently arranges and covers the cost of return shipping;
  • the customer notifies GGM Tools by email prior to dispatch: help@ggmtools.com.

Should any signs of use, damage, or missing items be found upon return, GGM Tools reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally.

5. Liability

  • GGM Tools guarantees that products correspond to their description and are intended for typical use in workshops and industrial facilities.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
  • GGM Tools is not liable for consequences arising from the improper use of tools or cabinets.

6. Amendments to the Terms

  • GGM Tools reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, always guided by the principles of transparency and respect for our customers.
