§1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rules for making purchases in the online store
https://ggmtools.eu, operated under the trade name
GGM Tools by:

Definitions:
a. Customer – a natural or legal person making a purchase in the store.
b. Seller – G&M KKA TRADING Sp. z o.o., trading as GGM Tools.
c. Store – the online store operated under the GGM Tools brand at https://ggmtools.eu.
d. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase unrelated directly to their professional activity.
e. User Account – an individual customer account in the store.
f. Terms – this document together with its attachments.
GGM Tools offers retail sale of tool cabinets, both fully equipped and empty.
Some products may be manufactured to the customer's individual order.
§2 Conditions of Use
To place an order, the customer must have a device with internet access,
an active email account, and a browser with cookie support.
The store offers:
– user account registration,
– order form,
– newsletter,
– live chat and contact form.
All services are free of charge and available without time restrictions. The customer may discontinue use at any time.
For products made to order (e.g. custom cabinet configuration), once fulfilment has begun
the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
§3 Conclusion of Contracts
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the customer clicks the "Pay now" button during the order process.
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are displayed during the order process.
Upon placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation containing the order details.
§4 Payment Terms and Methods
Available payment methods:
– fast online bank transfer (prepayment),
– cash on delivery,
– BLIK.
The customer is required to complete payment within 3 business days of placing the order.
Refunds are processed to the same payment instrument used by the customer.
§5 Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery is available within Poland and selected EU countries.
Delivery costs and methods are described in the "Shipping" section of the store.
For non-standard orders, an individual shipping quote may be provided.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured to individual order,
or once a product has been unpacked, used, or assembled.

§7 Product Complaints
GGM Tools is liable for the conformity of goods with the contract for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Complaints should be submitted to:
help@ggmtools.com.
The complaint should include: customer details, description of the issue, proof of purchase, and the remedy sought.
GGM Tools has 14 days to respond to a complaint. Failure to respond within this period constitutes acceptance of the complaint.
§8 Business Customers
Terms of cooperation with business customers may be agreed individually, in particular with regard to deferred payment, volume discounts, and wholesale transport arrangements.
