Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared to a customer's individual order or made to their specifications.

The majority of GGM Tools products, including tool cabinets with equipment, are manufactured based on specific configurations. As a result, once unpacked or assembled, they are not eligible for return.


Returns in Exceptional Cases

If an order has not yet been fulfilled, or concerns standard products (e.g. empty cabinets), a return may be considered subject to prior contact with our team. Each case is assessed individually.

Complaints

In the event of defects, missing items, or damage arising during transport, please submit a complaint to GGM Tools at: help@ggmtools.com.

To help us process your complaint promptly, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and — where possible — photographs.

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.

Customer service hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00.


Right of Withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the product delivery date, provided the goods have not been used, assembled, or unpacked.

Due to the nature of the products offered by GGM Tools, unpacking is considered the commencement of use of the goods. In such cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
